Andrew has been with Rhodes & Co since 2009 and joined the partnership in 2014. He has a broad commercial and property practice and acts for a wide range of clients including corporates, property developers, retirement village operators and individuals. He has extensive experience in commercial, industrial and residential property development, large-scale subdivisions, commercial and residential property transactions and commercial leasing.
Andrew assists corporate clients with business acquisitions and disposals, drafting and providing advice on a range of commercial contracts, joint ventures and financing/security arrangements. He has particular experience in relation to the operation and ongoing compliance of retirement villages. He also advises individuals on a variety property matters, trusts, wills and succession planning structures.
Andrew currently sits on the Windsor House Board of Governors, Windsor House Cottage Trust and the Champion Foundation Trust Board.
