George advises on corporate, commercial and property law. His extensive practice includes advisory work concerning sales, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, trusts, succession planning, and governance, across a range of New Zealand industries and business sectors, charities, and private clients.
He has in-depth international corporate and commercial experience, including with premier global firm Clifford Chance, and as the Chief International Corporate Counsel at The Bank of New York Mellon. George has completed executive education at LSE Summer School and has served on committees and boards in the UK and in New Zealand.
George is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has also been admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
